I'm a people person. It's why I love helping small businesses. 

As a student, I studied the science behind retail success. As a senior buyer for both large and small retailers, including Anthropologie and Sports Unlimited, I learned how to put that science to work. 

For almost a decade, I learned the ins and outs of selling product-based brands on Amazon, but I missed the rewarding one-on-one connections of the small business world. That's the reason I founded Stanczak Retail Consulting in 2019. 

Working as a consultant and small business owner lets me get to know clients on an individual level. I use my expertise to offer them steady and sustainable growth and I develop meaningful relationships in the process.
